  Colpayoc contains an outcropping gold-copper system similar to the Cerro Corona porphyry gold-copper deposit, located to the north in the Yanacocha district. The Company has recently received a NI 43-101 complaint gold resource of 7.6 MT @ 0.6 g/t Au containing 144,600 ounces. Extensive trenching and 3 historic drill holes identify an outcropping, oxidized, gold zone measuring 500 meters by 400 meters. Colpayoc lies in the heart of the Yanacocha Mineral District, the most prolific gold district in Peru and South America. "Exploration Data" identifies a minimum of 25 Mmt @ 0.5g/t Au for +400,000 oz Au. Open in all directions.
On August 3rd, 2010, the Company filed a NI 43-101 Technical Report and Resource Estimate for the Colpayoc Gold Project which was prepared by SRK Consulting (U.S.) Inc.

The property was previously explored by Newcrest and Balaclava in the mid-90's where significant drill intercepts were encountered including:
112m @ 0.8 g/t gold in quartz-sulfide stockwork veining
64m @ 44.8 g/t Ag in peripheral skarn mineralization
