Estrella Gold Corporation is a "Prospect Generator" dedicated to making new gold discoveries in Peru. Estrella has 32 exploration properties in Perú, with 28 held in venture agreements where the venture partner is funding all programs. Estrella has a Strategic Exploration Alliance with Cliffs Natural Resources Exploration Inc. whereby Cliffs funds exploration and evaluation of all properties identified and acquired (25 properties) The Company has four remaining properties that are available for joint ventures. These include the Colpayoc Gold project, which has a NI 43-101 compliant inferred gold resource containing a minimum of 313,000 ounces of oxide gold(from 19.3 Mt @ 0.5 g/t gold, NI 43-101 Inferred Resource, 2011 Global Geotechnologies Inc.), the Cerro Cori porphyry-copper project, the Ccello high-sulfidation gold project, and the Sense epithermal gold project. Estrella has 24.1 million shares issued and outstanding on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V: EST).
